Russell Brand and Katy Perry Engaged to be Married
Russell Brand (34) confirmed that he and Katy Perry (25) are engaged to be married. Brand was quoted in Wednesday’s editions of Britain’s Sun tabloid as texting:
"It’s true. Much love."
Early in December Brand met Katy’s parents, and said in an interview with Britains GMTV:
"It was a deep craving within me. I mistook it for lust. I thought I was promiscuous, but it turns out I was just thorough, to get the right one. I’m ever so happy."
"I don’t know, get married, you say? That would be good, isn’t it? I want to have children, that would be good."
Russell and Katy are still feeling those new relationship hormones, and Russell isn’t used to being with one woman, but he hasn’t been accused of cheating, that I know of, and there is a big age gap. I’m concerned that this relationship is doomed, but I’ve got my fingers crossed it’ll work.
The couple have not yet announced a wedding date.
